Premises Licence Application

Notice is hereby given that we, Taste Club Limited, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Park House, Windlestone Park, Ferryhill, Durham, DL17 0NF for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Friday inclusive 09.00 - 17:00 hours, off sales only (premises to be used for storage and distribution only. The sales of alcohol will be via part of an online-only website sale transaction. There will be no in-person sales to any consumers from the premises). Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made via email to licensing@durham.gov.uk and received by 7th May 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
