Notice is hereby given that Brightside Brewing Company Limited have applied on 14/04/2020 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for Unit 10 Dale Industrial Estate, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 1AD to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 21:00 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
