LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that FO Southampton Ltd has submitted a premises licence application to Eastleigh Borough Council. The application is tor a new licence tor the premises known as Unit 1A, Chandlers Park, School Lane, Eastleigh, SO53 4DG. The application proposes the provision ot late night retreshment and the sale ot alcohol. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to: Licensing Team Southampton and Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767 Southampton SO18 9LA no later than 14/5/2020. The full application, including hours ot operation and proposals tor conditions to promote the licensing objectives may be inspected during normal ottice hours at the ottices ot the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council's website, wwweastleigh.govuk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, tor which the maximum penalty on summary conviction is unlimited. NB: Representations must be relevant to one or more of the Licensing Objectives (ie Public Safety, Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Nuisance and/or Protection of Children from Harm). Anyone making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before the Licensing Sub-Committee of the Council, to set out the representation in person.
