Premises Licence Application

Notice is given that Medusa Apothecary Limited has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of Medusa Apothecary 22 High East Street Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1EZ
For the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 08:30-21:00 Monday to Saturday, and 11:00-17:00 on Sunday. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address, or online at www.dorsetforyou.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
