Notice is hereby given under Section 122 of the Local Government Act 1972 that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council intends to appropriate 2.96 acres of land off Old Gates Drive, Blackburn for planning purposes to be held by Property Management to enable the site to be developed for housing.
Due to the movement restrictions as a result of Corona-covid-19, a plan showing the area of the land intended to be appropriated and supporting documents can be provided by email on request, by emailing:
