ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Amyand Park Road, Twickenham
(Reference 20/059)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a sewer repair, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Amyand Park Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Amyand Park Road from its junction with Candler Mews to a point outside No. 75 Amyand Park Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 20 April 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 20 April 2020 until 4 May 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Oak Lane, Richmond Road and Strafford Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

3. The order will come into effect on 18 April 2020. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 5pm on 18 and 19 April 2020 only and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Percy Road and Priory Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 30 April 2020. The works are anticipated to be in progress on 30 April 2020 and 1 May 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Kew Foot Road, Richmond.
The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Kew Foot Road, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Kew Foot Road from a point outside the southern boundary of Kew Foot Road, northwards for a distance of 15 metres.

3. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Kew Foot Road and Evelyn Road.
4. The order will come into effect on 27 April 2020. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30 and 15.30 on 27 April 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

3. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Park Lane, Park Road and Broad Street.
4. The order will come into effect on 30 April 2020. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30 and 15.30 on 30 April 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works on behalf of Network Rail on North Sheen level crossing they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Manor Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Manor Road between its junctions with Manor Grove and Manor Park.
3. Whilst Manor Road is closed, an alternative route for traffic will be via Manor Road, Upper Richmond Road West, Clifford Avenue, Lower Richmond Road and Manor Road in both directions.
4. The order will come into effect on 26 April 2020. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 00.01 on 26 April 2020 until 04.00 on 27 April 2020. The order will remain in force
for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
