Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Take notice that on 10th day of December 2014 We Project York Limited Registered Office Fulford Lodge, 1, Heslington Road, Fulford York, YO10 4HW made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises: Units 8-10 Stonebow House, The Stonebow, York, YO1 7NP. The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (tel: 01904 552512) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York YO10 3DS. Representations must be received no later than 7th day of January 2015. Summary of Proposed Conditions To grant a licence so that 1) The supply of alcohol is authorised from the hours of 10.00am to midnight and then from midnight to 3.30am the next day.2) The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of plays is authorised from 11.00am to midnight and then from midnight to 4.00am the next day.3) The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of exhibiting films, is authorised from 11.00am to midnight and then from midnight to 4.00am the next day.4) The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of the playing of recorded music is authorised from 11.00am to midnight and then from midnight to 4.00am the next day.5) The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of performances of dance is authorised from 11.00am to midnight and then from midnight to 4.00am the next day.6) The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of light entertainment such as comedy, cabaret or magic shows is authorised from 11.00am to midnight and then from midnight to 4.00am the next day.7) The provision of live music is authorised from 10.00am to midnight and then from midnight to 1.00am the next day. It is an offence knowingley or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the variation of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
