TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION


Take notice that an application is being made by Vital Energi for a full planning permission comprising:
Installation of underground heating pipes, electrical cabling, communication cabling and associated works to allow the transfer of energy and high capacity / high speed data between the John Radcliffe and Churchill Hospitals, together with the creation of temporary car parking and a construction compound(s) for the duration of construction activities.

The proposed infrastructure would be installed over a distance of approximately 2.2km between the energy centre at the John Radcliffe Hospital on Headley Way and the Churchill Hospital. The proposed route would be as follows: Woodlands Roads South onto Sandfield Road, across A420. London Road, South down Latimer Road, East on All Saints Road, South down Lime Walk, East on Old Road and Southwards down Churchill Drive into the new Energy Centre.
Any owner1 of the land or tenant2, who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Oxford City Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

"Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver)

"Tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
