Notice is hereby given that we, Shotton Comrades Social Club & Institute Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as SHOTTON COMRADES SOCIAL CLUB & INSTITUTE, BACK POTTO STREET, SHOTTON COLLIERY. DH6 2QJ for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: - The sale by retail of alcohol (on sales only) from 11:00 - 00:00 Friday to Monday and 12:00 - 0:00 Tuesday to Thursday. Also, for the provision of live music (indoors) from 19:00 - 23:30 Friday to Monday inclusive. New Year’s Eve hours extended until 00:30 on New Year’s Day. Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made via email to licensing@durham.gov.uk and received by 6TH MAY 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
