LAND OFF OLD GATES DRIVE, BLACKBURN

Notice is hereby given under Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council intends to dispose by way of sale land having an area of 2.96 acres or thereabouts off Old Gates Drive, Blackburn which consists or forms part of an area of public open space for the development of housing.

A plan showing the area of the intended disposal can be inspected at the Information Desk at the Town hall, Blackburn Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00 pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Sian Roxborough, Head of Legal Services Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Town Hall, Blackburn, BB1 7DY by no later than 24 April 2020.
