LAND OFF OLD GATES DRIVE, BLACKBURN
Notice is hereby given under Section 122 of the Local Government Act 1972 that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council intends to appropriate 2.96 acres of land off Old Gates Drive, Blackburn for planning purposes to be held by Property Management to enable the site to be developed for housing.
A plan showing the area of the land intended to be appropriated and supporting documents may be inspected at the Information Desk at the Town hall, Blackburn Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00 pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Objections to the intended appropriation must be made in writing and addressed to: Sian Roxborough, Head of Legal Services Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Town Hall, Blackburn, BB1 7DY by no later than 24 April 2020.
