ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1)

Temporary Road Closure Amyand Park Road, Twickenham

(Reference 20/059)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a sewer repair, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Amyand Park Road, Twickenham.



2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Amyand Park Road from its junction with Candler Mews to a point outside No. 75 Amyand Park Road.



3. The order will come into effect on 20 April 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 20 April 2020 until 4 May 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Oak Lane, Richmond Road and Strafford Road.



5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.



6. Nothing in the Order applies to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b)anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c)any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure Forest Road, Kew

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water pipe repair, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Forest Road, Kew.



2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Oldfield Road from a point outside No. 22 Forest Road to a point outside No. 26 Forest Road



3. The order will come into effect on 20 April 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 20 April 2020 until 22 April 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.



5. Nothing in the Order applies to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

Temporary Road Closure Oldfield Road, Hampton

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate telecom utility works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce



a temporary prohibition of traffic in Oldfield Road, Hampton.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Oldfield Road from a point outside No. 84 Oldfield Road to its junction with Hammond Close.



3. The order will come into effect on 18 April 2020. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 5pm on 18 and 19 April 2020 only and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Percy Road and Priory Road.



5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.



6. Nothing in the Order applies to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b)anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

Amyand Park Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate building works to a school they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Amyand Park Road, Twickenham.



2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Amyand Park Road on its south-eastern side, opposite No. 65 Amyand Park Road.



3. The order will come into effect on 18 April 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 18 April 2020 until 8 December 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution

of the said works; (b)anything done with the permission or at the direction

of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement

officer; or

(c)any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

Temporary Waiting Restrictions and Road Closure

Kew Green and Gloucester Road, Kew

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a power connection they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in in Kew Green and Gloucester Road, Kew.



2. Whilst the works take place,



(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in the Kew Green Service Road between its junction with Kew Road and Gloucester Road;

(b)no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Kew Green and Gloucester Road between No 1 Gloucester Road and a point outside No. 10 Kew Green.

3. The Order will come into effect on 14 April 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 14 April 2020 until 29 April 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution

of the said works; (b)anything done with the permission or at the direction

of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement

officer; or

(c)any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
