We The Cheese and Wine Project give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Ground Floor, 29 High Street, Falmouth, TR11 2AD The application is to: Sale of alcohol on and off the premises A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 29th April, 2020. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000 Dated: 1st April
