Hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Postal address of the premises: FREEMANTLE SUPERMARKET-79 Park Road, Shirley, Southampton, Hampshire S015 3DD The application is for a licence for the following licensable activities:
To Supply of alcohol from the premises and
opening of the premises on the public standard
days and timing as applied for.
The Sale of Alcohol (for consumption off the
premises).
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton S014 9LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday or on line at Southampton

Any representation by an interested party or relevant authority must me be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton S018 9LA so as to be received between the 06 April 2020 and 3rd May 2020.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application and, on conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding the level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
