We, 7 Star Traders Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough ofWakham Forest for the variation of a Premises Licence at 24-27 Church Lane, Leytorutone, London E11 IHG to; I.To vary the hours for the sale and supply of alcohol by 4 hours from 08:00 until 23:00 to 07:00 until 01-00 the following day on a Monday to Sunday 2. Remove condition 3 Annex 3 of the premises licence -namely;The DPS will be at the premises full time. 3. Add conditions to the premises licence - namely; The Designated Premises Supervisor and/or a personal licence holder shall be present at the premises when llcensable activities are carried out on the premises. 4.The premises is already open without limit for non-licensable activities and will continue to do so.A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address noted below during normal office hours. Such representation must be received in writing by the 21st April 2020 Representations received after this date will not be considered. IT IS AN OFFENCE, LIABLE ON CONVICTION TO A FINE UP TO LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD SCALE (£5000). UNDER SECT­ION 158 OF THE LICENCSING ACT 2003 T0 MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLICATION.
