Licensing Act 2003 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Pitch Foods Ltd
Hereby gives notice that on 12 March 2020 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, for a Variation to the premises licence at:
Pitch, 16 Warwick Street, Worthing, BN11 3DJ
The licence authorises the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises and the provision of regulated entertainment. The application seeks to vary the existing Licence to:
Extend the hours for the sale of alcohol to:

11:00hrs to 00:30hrs (of the following am) Mon - Sun.
Authorise the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises as well as on.

Remove a condition of licence to allow the sale of alcohol through on-line sales & deliveries

Extend the licensed area to include a section of the pavement directly outside the main entrance to the premises in line with the pavement tables & chairs licence granted by WSCC.
