ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH ELSTREE & BOREHAMWOOD 15

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intend to make an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using that length of Footpath Elstree & Borehamwood 15, from Denham Way to Rowley Lane, for an approximate distance of 100 metres. Alternative Route: via Denham Way, Studio Way and Rowley Lane The purpose of the Order is to enable surfacing works to take place. The section of Footpath Elstree & Borehamwood 15 will be closed on or after 13th April 2020 for up to 6 months, when signs are in place. Works are expected to take 2 weeks to complete. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Flaunden Lane, Belsize from its easternmost junction with Dunny Lane north westwards and south westwards to its junction with Bragmans Lane (“the Road”), a distance of approximately 577m. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Station Road, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road south eastwards to its junction with Clarendon Road (“the Road”), a distance of approximately 215m. 1. that length of The Birches, Bushey from its junction with Little Bushey Lane south westwards, north westwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 102m. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. 11. that length of Fuller Road, Watford from its junction with Chestnut Walk south eastwards for a distance of approximately 18m. An alternative route will be via Chestnut Walk, Beech Road and Fuller Road.
12. that length of Nicholas Close, Watford from its junction with Longspring south eastwards, north eastwards, south eastwards and south westwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
13. that length of Middle Way, Watford from its junction with The Harebreaks north eastwards to its junction with Beechwood Rise, a distance of approximately 348m. An alternative route will be via The Harebreaks, Longspring and Beechwood Rise.
14. that length of Middle Ope, Watford from its junction with Middle Way north westwards for a distance of approximately 10m. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

6. the road situated on the west side of No.3 Hatfield Road, Watford from its junction with Hatfield Road north eastwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. 7. that length of Roberts Road, Watford from its junction with Tucker Street north westwards to its junction with Neal Street, a distance of approximately 63m. An alternative route will be via Tucker Street and Neal Street. ADDITIONALLY the existing one way traffic system on that length of Rosslyn Road, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road south eastwards to its junction with Upton Road, will be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to travel in both directions within this length of road, whilst works are in progress. 1. that length of Caldecote Lane, Bushey from its junction with A411 Elstree Road north eastwards to its junction with Hilfield Lane South, a distance of approximately 208m. An alternative route will be via A411 Elstree Road and Hilfield Lane South.

An alternative route will be via A4251 (Watford Road/Hempstead Road/ London Road), A414 (Two Waters Way/St Albans Road/Breakspear Way/ unnamed road), A405 (North Orbital Road/St Albans Road/North Orbital Road), A412 St Albans Road and A411 Hempstead Road.
