ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restriction Ham Common, Ham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate construction works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Ham Common, Ham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Ham Common, from a point 20 metres west of the western kerb-line of Martingales Close westwards for a distance of 40 metres.
3. The order will come into effect on 7 April 2020. The restrictions will be in force between 7am and 5pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive from 7 April 2020 until 6 October 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Ashley Road Hampton Area

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in the Ashley Road, Hampton area.
2. Whilst the works take place,
(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter Ashley Road at its junction with Percy Road
(b) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of street: -
(i) Tudor Road- from outside number 4 to its junction with Wensleydale Road;
(ii) Tudor Road from outside No. 2A to outside No. 5 Tudor Road;
(iii) Outside Nos 5-7 Station Approach;

(iv) Wensleydale Road from outside
Ladbrokes to outside Lloyds Bank; (v) Station Approach from outside Boots to outside Hampton Cellar.
3. The order will come into effect on 4 April 2020. The restrictions will be in force from 4 April 2020 until 1 September 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for
a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Alternatives routs for vehicles affected by the closures will be available via Percy Road, Priory Road and Milton Road. Or via Station Road, Tudor Road, Station Approach.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacements, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Second Cross Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place,
(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to entre or exit Second Cross Road at its junction with Staines Road;
(b) the one-way working in Second Cross Road shall be suspended.
3. The order will come into effect on 3 April 2020 The restrictions will be in force between 7pm and 11 pm on 3 April 2020 only and whilst signs/ cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Staines Road and The Green, Twickenham.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Railway Approach, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to turn left into Railway Approach at its junction with London Road
3. The order will come into effect on 6 April 2020 The restrictions will be in force at all times from
6 April 2020 until 10 April 2020 and whilst signs/ cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via London Road, Twickenham.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
