NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003.

NOTICE is hereby given that WEST BEACH HOTEL LTD has applied to the Brighton & Hove City Council for a new premises licence for West Beach Hotel Bar, Ground Floor Rear, West Beach Hotel, 135 Kings Road, Brighton, BN1 2HX to permit:

1) the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 12.00 to 23.00 Sunday to Thursday and from 12.00 to 01.00 the following day Friday & Saturday;

2) to permit the playing of recorded music from 12.00 to 23.00 all week;

3) to permit the provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 to 01.00 the following day Friday & Saturday;

4) at new year permitted hours to be extended to be from the start of permitted hours on new years eve to the end of permitted hours on new years day for all authorised licensable activities.

The address of the licensing authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected during normal business hours is licensing section, environmental health, Brighton & Hove City Council, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP or on the council's Website: www.brighton-hove.gov.uk any representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the licensing authority by 15th January 2015 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation.

It is an offence under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is £5000. G T Licensing consultants
