Notice of Variation given under sections 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 of On-Street Parking Permit Charges in the Epping Forest District Area (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Order 2019 Schedule 4Permit and Ticket Parking Charges and Schedule 7 On-Street Payment Parking Charges
Notice is hereby given that the Colchester Borough Council as the lead authority for The North Essex Parking Partnership, itself acting as agents for the highway authority Essex County Council, intends, not less than twenty one days from the date of this notice, to varythe above Order relating to fees and charges under Section 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. It is intended thatthe changes will take place on 20th April 2020.
The variation will have the effect of changing the tariff of fees for On-Street Parking, Exemptions and Permits - all other fees and charges in the Order will continue at their existing tariffs. Existing and proposed charges are detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

(Abbess Road, Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Abbess Road, AbbessBeauchamp and Berners Roding in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 1110m northeast of its junction with Little Laver Road for adistance of approximately 35m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/04/2020 for 3days, or where stated on avalid permit (MX054288137600 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pipe installation works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Abbess Road, School Lane, DunmowRoad, Ongar Road, Moreton Road, Fyfield Road, Little Laver Road, Green Farm Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 02/04/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic &Clearway (No.3) &(Victoria Road, Waltham Abbey) (TemporarySuspension of One Way) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate theworks. Signs will be installed indicatingwhenthe No Waiting restriction will be in force.
3.To temporarily suspend the one way in that length of Victoria Road, Waltham Abbey from its junction with Greenfield Street to its junction with King George Road as detailed in 'The County Council of Essex (Waltham Abbey) (Traffic Regulation) Order 1974'.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition ofWaiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary'No Waiting at AnyTime' restriction andsuspend anyexisting parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to thatOrder shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 02/04/2020, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergencyservices. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed ofthe dates of each phase via letter / leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily closethatlength of Fernhall Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from itsjunction with Long Road for adistanceof approximately 600m in anorthwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence
on 31/03/2020 for 3days, or where stated on avalid permit
(BC005CA789W000WAQFRF9B01 -BT). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Long Street, Fernhall Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 19/03/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
