The following application has been received by the Council and is required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/20/88849/MAJOR North Leigh Park Nel Pan Lane Leigh Hybrid application for: 1. Full planning permission for the erection of 250 dwellings and a link road from Leigh Road to Atherleigh Way together with associated works including junction and highway works, internal access roads, car parking, landscaping, a substation and associated engineering operations (the total number of dwellings on the wider North Leigh Park strategic site will not exceed 1,800 dwellings); and, 2. Outline planning permission for a local centre A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 and/or D1 uses and other associated works seeking approval of access. All other matters reserved.
