DUCHY CRESCENT, HEATON, BRADFORD

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 1248) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near Duchy Crescent, Heaton, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Duchy Crescent from a point outside No.10 Duchy Crescent to a point outside No.12 Duchy Crescent.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Duchy Crescent (unaffected section), Duchy Drive, Duchy Avenue and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 6th April 2020 and remain in force until 06:00 hours on the 7th April 2020 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
