Notice of Variation given under sections 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 of On-Street Parking Permit Charges in the

Tendring District Area (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Order 2019 Schedule 2 Permit and Parking Ticket Charges Notice is hereby given that the Colchester Borough Council as the lead authority for The North Essex Parking Partnership, itself acting as agents for the highway authority Essex County Council, intends, not less than twenty one days from the date of this notice, to vary the above Order relating to fees and charges under Section 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. It is intended that the changes will take place on 20 April 2020.

(Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment Number 4) Order 202*

Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order: To introduce 'No Waiting At Any Time' on Colchester Road, Edgefield Avenue, Main Road and High Street; to replace 'No Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm' on Fronks Road and Main Road with 'No Waiting At Any Time' outside 441-463 Main Road; to replace the existing loading bay on Rosemary Road with 'Loading only Mon-Sat 10am-4pm and Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-10am and 4pm-8pm 1 Hour No Return Within 2 Hours' and to revoke part of the limited waiting bay and replace with 'No Waiting At Any Time' on High Street in Tendring District.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TM095 312 to rev 1, TM105 317 to rev 1, TM140 157 to rev 1, TM175 147 to rev 1 and TM240 310 to rev 1.
