LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for a Premises Licence

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Charlie Wilson give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District
 Council for a Premises Licence for Sandford on Thames Village Hall, Henley Road, Sandford on Thames OX4 4YN. in respect of Recreational and leisure activities which may include the sale of alcohol eg clubs, meetings, classes, birthday parties, entertainmentand specially invited professional groups providing films, plays, live music and dance shows for village entertainment

Activities may take place between the hours of 0800 and 23.30 under exceptional circumstances over New Year's Eve may extend to 01:00

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxon. OX10 8NL before 06 01 2015 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
