Notice is hereby given that Andrew Ward has made an application for the grant of a new Premises Licence for the new permanent Warrington Indoor Market, New Halls Yard, Dolman Lane and Time Square WA1 2NT on the 19th March 2020 to Warrington Borough Council for the following licensable activities: Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting, Live and Recorded Music, Boxing or Wrestling Entertainment, Dance, Late Night Refreshment and the Sale of Alcohol. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 16th April 2020 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
