APPLICATION FOR

Notice is hereby given that Shoreham Port Authority has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake Storm recovery works. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Nautilus House, 90-100 Albion Street, Southwick BN42 4ED.

Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed online in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine ManagementOrganisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to Fern Skeldon@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 23/12/14, quoting reference MLA/2014/00350. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
