Notice is hereby given that Enfield Town Football Club has/have applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield for a Premises Licence Variation to permit: The exhibition of films outdoors, up to four times a year between 19:00hrs-23.59hrs Monday-Sunday for the premises Queen Elizabeth Stadium situated at Donkey Lane, Enfield EM 2PL. , giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 13/04/2020. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
