The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
LB - Application No. 24/2020/0036 - Plas Y Ward Farm, Rhewl, Ruthin - Removal of existing render and complete re-rendering of external facade of dwelling (Listed Building Application).
You may inspect the above applications and all plans and documents submitted with them at Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh, by appointment from 25 March 2020 until 15 April 2020 or on our website:
