NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailing Limited have applied to Enfield Council on 16m March 2020 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: Crown & Horseshoes, 15 Horseshoe Lane, Enfield, EN2 6PZ. To vary the licensing plan to include the following: Internal and external refur­bishment of the premises. Remove Internal lobby and block off entrance door. Adjoining disabled door access to be used as main entrance. Alterations to fixed seating. Enhance external areas including external bar for sale and consumption of alcohol. For full and further details please view the licensing plan. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
