PUBLIC NOTICE
effect of which is to close that part of Footpaths
OM-694, OM-695, OM-710and OM-725, Ombersley for
their entire lengths, which was due to expire on 1 April 2020 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport
until the works to which itrelates have been completed or until 1 April 2021 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary
ofState.
The Order has been made to facilitate constructions works for residential dwellings. Alternative routes: - Footpaths OM-693, A4133 Ombersley, Footpath OM-724 and vice versa.
(Footpath HB-796, Hanbury) (Temporary Closure
Order) 2020
Order Made: to close Footpath HB-796, Hanbury for
its entire length.
The Order has been made due to an unsafe bridge. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Hanbury Footpath HB-795, Single Carriageway C2032, Hanbury Footpath HB-794, Himbleton Footpaths HI-602, HI-603 and HI-604, single carriageway C2150 and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencingon 1 April 2020.
(C2164 Charford Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2164 Charford Road from its junction with A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass for a distance of 15 metres in a north westerly direction.
Reason: Bridgework Maintenance by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allowtheworks to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2164 Charford Road, B4091 Rock Hill, B4091 Hanbury Road, A38 Redditch Road, A38
Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
2 daysCommencing: 17 April 2020.
(Blake Avenue, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure)
Order 2020
Ordermade: to close thatpartofBlake Avenue from its
junction with Celvestune Way to its junction with
Alexander Avenue.
Reason: New Water Connection.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form ofaccess; and to allowtheworks to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Celvestune Way, Old Coach Road,
B4090 Worcester Road, Alexander Avenue vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
9 daysCommencing: 30 March 2020.
(U21233 Church Street (One-Way), Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020 Order made: to close that part of U21233 Church Street (one-way) from its junction with A448 Market Street to its junction with U21239 Church Lane Reason: Footway widening at the junction of Church Street and Market Street for traffic travelling in a south easterly direction towards the town centre. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allowtheworks to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion Route: U21233 Crabtree Lane, U21230 Churchfields, U21232 Recreation Road and A448 Market Street.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 37 days Commencing: 30 March 2020.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpaths CH-520, Cofton Hackett and BG-500, Barnt Green) (Temporary Closure Order) 2020 Proposed Order: to close Footpaths CH-520, Cofton Hackett and BG-500, Barnt Green for part of thei r lengths. The Order is being made to due to a dangerous rail crossing.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: via a recently constructed footbridge to the south, in the location of the former footpath level crossing.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 20 April 2020.
(Footpath FK-537, Frankley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 9 February 2017 the effect of which is to close that part of Footpath FK-537, Frankley from between Ordnance Survey Grid References 399913 280386 and 400292 279937 which was due to expire on 31 March 2020 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 12 May 2020 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State. TheOrder hasbeen made due to construction works to extend the adjacent Frankley Water Treatment Plant. Alternative route - will be shown on the ground.
(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2020 [Revoking Limited Waiting on A38 Birmingham Road, Lickey End] Worcestershire County Council A38 Birmingham Road (Service Road) [Prohibition of Right Turn and Prohibition of Vehicles except for access] Orders 2020
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect ofwhich will be to revoke limited waiting on the following length of road in Lickey End: Revoke limited waiting 2 hours no return 4 hours: -A38 Birmingham Road (east side) from its junction with Topaz Business Park for a distance of 109 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. Worcestershire County Council are also to consider making an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from turning right on the following length of road in Lickey End:
A38 Birmingham Road (Service Road) southern most junction onto A38 Birmingham Road. AND prohibit of vehicles on the following length of road in Lickey End:
A38 Birmingham Road (Service Road) for its entire length.
There will be exemptions in the Order to allow access for certain purposes.
