LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE
I ?. Wilbee, have applied to Chiltern District Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the following premises. 1, The Gatehouse, Blucher Street. The proposed variation is for the following:- The sale of alcohol on and off the premises between the hours of 9am to 8pm although the premises will normally close at 5pm. The additional time is for seasonal periods when the shop may open later and the week before Christmas when the shop may close at 9pm. A maximum of 3 people may be drinking on the premises at any one time. ) Interested parties or responsible authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Authority any time up to 6/4/20 It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application.
