Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of Anne Eastwood Birtwistle late of Ashlands Newchurch Road Waterfoot Rossendale in the County of Lancashire who died on the 26th day of September 2019 (whose Will was proved by) Robert Anthony Birtwistle the [Executor] therein named on the 7th day of January 2020, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to Watson Ramsbottom or to the undersigned on or before the 22nd day of May 2020 after which date the [Executor] will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
