TEMPORARYCLOSING OF FOOTPATH BUSHEY 3
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Councilhas extended, with consent of the Secretary of State, the Order which wasmade under Section14(1) of the RoadTrafficRegulation Act 1984. To prohibit pedestrians from using that length of Footpath Bushey 3, at junction of footpaths 2and 3, for an approximate distance of 30 metres.
Alternative route: via FP2, FP66, Park Close, Park Avenue and Bushey Mill Lane The purpose of the Order is to enable bridge works to take place. The section of Footpath will continue to be closed for up to 6months until 3rd October 2020 or completion of the works whichever is sooner.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibitall vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Orphanage Road, Watford from its junction with St Johns Road north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with the Radlett Road roundabout, a distance of approximately 447m. An alternative routewill be via Woodford Road,Station Road, A412 St Albans Road, Balmoral Road and Radlett Road or via Radlett Road,Balmoral Road, A412 St Albans Road,Station Road,Clarendon Road and St Johns Road.
2. the Reeds Crescent/Orphanage Road roundabout, Watford from its junction with Orphanage Road clockwise for its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicularaccess to properties in thisroad will bemaintained whenever possible throughout the durationofthe works.
TheOrder is neededbecause highway drainage works are proposed to be executedonornear the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6 April 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specifiedshall onlytake effect at the timesindicated by signsonornear the Roads.
