MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 (AS AMENDED) OF AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION WHICH IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT, AND WHICH DOES NOT ACCORD WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

I give notice that Legal and General Assurance Society Limited is applying to Hertsmere Borough Council for planning permission to Development of film/production studios (Use Class Bib) and ancillary floorspace, new access arrangements, car parking, landscaping, infrastructure and associated works and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts WD6 1WA during all reasonable hours until 17th April 2020 or on the Council's website
