Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence.
Notice is hereby given that Mr Dmitri Emtsev has applied to Wandsworth Council to vary the premises licence at The Grove, 279 Battersea Park Road, London, SW11 4NE as follows: Change of the premises trading name from The Grove to South West Eleven, extension of sale or supply of alcohol and provision of late night refreshment licensing hours and increasing the Accommodation Limit of the venue.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a variation to a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
