Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence number LN/003055 NL. The purpose of this application is to vary the hours when licensable activities may take place from Monday-Saturday 08:00-23:00 and Sunday 10:00-22:30, to Monday-Saturday 06:00-23:00 and Sunday 06:00-22:30. In addition, we propose to refurbish and restructure the store, which will result in an increase to the licensed area. The licensable activity is the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises. In all other respects the licence will remain unchanged.

Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by 1^st July 2016.

A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours but by appointment only.
