(Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.5) Order 202* Puffin Crossing -A1015 Eastwood Road, Rayleigh
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To revoke 'No Waiting at Any Time' (NWAAT) on A1015 Eastwood Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford.
SOUTH-WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 1.9 metres northwest of boundary line between property numbers 202/204, northwest for approximately 1.4 metres, to allow for the installation of Puffin Crossing zig-zag markings.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TQ815 897 revision 0 to revision 1.
Notice is hereby given that under Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Essex County Council proposes to replace the existing Zebra Crossing with a signal-controlled Puffin Crossing on A1015 Eastwood Road, Rayleigh, in the District of Rochford: The centre line of the new signal-controlled puffin crossing is located on A1015 Eastwood Road, approximately 49.5 metres southeast of The Chase. Width between the crossing stop lines will be approximately 8.4 metres.
Associated Zig-Zags will be installed on the following lengths of A1015 Eastwood Road, Rayleigh, in the District of Rochford: BOTH SIDES: from the south eastern stop line of the new signal-controlled puffin crossing, south east for approximately 17.3 metres. SOUTH WEST SIDE: from the north western stop line of the new signal-controlled puffin crossing, north west for approximately 15.2 metres. NORTH EAST SIDE: from the north western stop line of the new signal-controlled puffin crossing, north west for approximately 8.7 metres.

(Fanton Chase, Shotgate) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Fanton Chase, Shotgate in the Borough of Basildon, from Second Avenue east for approximately 95m.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/03/2020 to 08/04/2020 or where appropriate signs are
showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Daws Heath Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 248m northwest of its junction with Southend Arterial Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 05/04/2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143387369 - Essex And SuffolkWater). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Daws Heath Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Roach Avenue to its junction with Woodlands Avenue, a distance of approximately 350m. (Sutton Road and Shopland Road, Rochford) (Temporary Introduction of 20mph Speed Limit) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a speed limit of 20mph in that length of Sutton Road, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 330m from its junction with Purdeys Way for a distance of approximately 455m in a southerly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a speed limit of 20mph in that length of Shopland Road, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Sutton Road to its junction with Fleet Hall Lane a distance of approximately 160m.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Parklands Avenue, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Bull Lane for a distance of approximately 40m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21/03/2020 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBYK69EY09 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre cabling works are undertaken by BT.

(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.3) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping'' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 12/03/2020, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
