Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council intends to make the PUBLIC FOOTPATH ZC143, LEOMINSTER (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2020 temporarily closing the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 4996 5949 to SO 4995 5970. The closure is required while gas mains replacement work is carried out. There is no alternative route. Queries on this proposal may be directed to 01432 261800. The Order comes into operation on 6 April 2020 and will continue in Force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
