Implementation of Zebra Crossing - Access Road into Sainsburys Development off B1012 Burnham Road, South Woodham Ferrers
Notice is hereby given that under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, Essex County Council proposes to establish a Zebra Crossing on the Access Road into Sainsburys Development off B1012 Burnham Road, South Woodham Ferrers in the City of Chelmsford located as follows:-

The location of the proposed crossing is currently within private land which is proposed for highway adoption.

(Various Roads (Regatta Way Development), Maldon) (20mph Zone) Order 20** (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.2) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53, 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To formalise the existing 20mph Zone on the following roads in the Town of Maldon in the District of Maldon:

2. To formalise the existing No Waiting atAny Time restrictions on the following length of Park Drive and Regatta Way in the Town of Maldon in the District of Maldon:

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by introducing tile number TL855 057 revision 0.

(Silver Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Silver Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Argyle Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/04/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000921055 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Riverside Road, Orchard Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26/03/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Blind Lane, Mundon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blind Lane, Mundon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Fambridge Road to its junction with Mundon Road for a distance of approximately 1315m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/03/2020 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10002946-Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Main Road, Burnham Road, Fambridge Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 12/03/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Southminster, Asheldham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southminster Road, Asheldham in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Green Lane for a distance of approximately 955m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/03/2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2280653A - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Green Lane, Southminster Road, Foxhall Road, Highlands Hill, Grange Avenue, Steeple Road, Maldon Road, Gospel Corner, Chapel Corner, The Street, Bradwell Road, West Newlands Farm, West Of Black House Farm, Motts Farm Stone Road, North Street, The Square, South Street, Tillingham Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 19/03/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
