Application for the grant of a new premises licence Take notice that PAUL COBB has applied under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Gosport Borough Council (the licensing authority) for the grant of a new premises licence for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises and regulated entertainment in respect of RECREATION GROUND, Salisbury Terrace, Lee-On-The-Solent, PO13 9DL (Ordnance Survey map reference: SU 56698 00145). The licensing authority’s register, which shall include a record of this application, is kept at Gosport Borough Council at Town Hall, High Street, Gosport PO12 1EB and may be inspected there during normal office hours or at www.gosport.gov.uk Any representation must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Authority, Environmental Health Section, Community and Customer Services Unit, Gosport Borough Council, Town Hall, High Street, Gosport PO12 1EB by no later than 6th April 2020. Plays, films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Anything similar to e, f, g and Supply of Alcohol Fri-Mon 10:00 - 23:00 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, which could result in prosecution and a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
