LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Ugur Guccuk has applied to the licensing Authority of London Borough ot Haringey for a Premises Licence to permit: Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises: from 07:00 to - 19.00 Monday to Saturday and from 09:00 te 19:00 - Sunday for the premises: Abraco 60 Grand Parade, London, N4 1AF. A register of licensing applications can be inspected at The Licensing Team, Level 6 Alexandra House 10 Station Road Wood Green NZ2 7TR. Appantments to inspect the register can be made by telphoning 020 8489 1335 during office hours. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Haringey, Licensing Team at the address above, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 07/04/2020. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representaions must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, pubic safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on surnmary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
