Ar 17 Mawrth 2020, gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Ddinbych y Gorchymyn uchod dan Adrannau 1(1) a (2), 2(1) i (3) a 4(2) a Rhan III a Rhan IV Atodlen 9 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, sy'n cyflwyno gwaharddiad ar aros, llwytho a dadlwytho ar hyd y ffyrdd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod.
Ceir eithriadau yn y Gorchymyn i ganiateu aros ar y ffordd y cyfeirir ati yn yr Atodlen at ddibenion llwytho a dadlwytho a gwneud gwaith cynnal a chadw a thrwsio, ac ati.
Bydd Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi Cyngor Sir Ddinbych (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) 2004, a wnaethpwyd yn flaenorol gan y Cyngor, yn cael ei ddiddymu cyhyd ag y bo'n berthnasol i'r darn o ffordd y cyfeirir ato yn yr Atodlen isod. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau heb ei newid mewn perthynas a phob rhan arall.
Gellir archwilio copi o'r Gorchymyn a ddaw i rym ar 23 Mawrth 2020, ynghyd 3 map yn dangos yr hyd o'r ffordd y mae'r Gorchymyn yn ymwneud ag o, yn Llyfrgell Prestatyn, 21 Kings Avenue, Prestatyn, LL19 9AA ac yn swyddfeydd y Cyngor yng Nghaledfryn, Ffordd y Ffair, Dinbych ac yn Neuadd y Sir, Rhuthun, yn ystod oriau agor arferol y swyddfeydd.

1.2 Yr ochr dde-ddwyreiniol: o ymyl pafin gogledd-ddwyreiniol Plas Uchaf Avenue am bellter o 15 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain.

On 17th March 2020 Denbighshire County Council made the above-named Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce prohibition of waiting loading and unloading of vehicles on the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule below.
Exceptions are provided in the Order to permit waiting in the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule for the purposes of alighting, boarding, and works of maintenance, repair and the like.
The Denbighshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 previously made by the Council, is revoked in so far as it relates to the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule below, in all other respects the Order remains unchanged.
A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 23rd March 2020, and a map showing the lengths of road to which the Order relates may be examined at Prestatyn Library 21 Kings Avenue, Prestatyn LL19 9AA, at the council's offices at Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh and at its Ruthin offices at County Hall during normal opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 17th March 2020 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

1.1 South easterly side; from the projected south westerly kerbline of Plas Uchaf Avenue for a distance of 9 metres in a south westerly direction.

1.2 South easterly side; from the projected north easterly kerbline of Plas Uchaf Avenue for a distance of 15 metres in a north easterly direction.

1.3 Both sides from the south easterly boundary of Meliden Road for a distance of 15 metres in a south easterly direction.
