NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
An application has been made to CTY OF YORK COUNCIL to vary a premises licence under section 34 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco, 40 The Village, Strensall,York,YO32 5XR. The variation proposes a change and extension to the hours the store can sell alcohol (as indicated below) and to remove all Good Friday/ Christmas Day and embedded restrictions on the licence: PROPOSED LICENSED HOURS Monday to Sunday 06:00 - 23:00 The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of City Of York Council, 9 St Leonards Place, York, YO1 7ET between normal office hours except public holidays. Anyrepresentationbyaresponsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the council by 03/04/2020. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to amaximumfineof £5,000.
