Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of The Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Hilda Annie Armstrong who died on 6 September 2014 at Willowcroft, Odstock Road, Salisbury, Wilts, SP2 8BG is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the executors at Box X;6599 Salisbury Journal, 8-12 Rollestone St, Salisbury, SP1 1DY, before 20 March 2015 after which date the executors will distribute the assets of the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have then had notice and will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
