Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposal: Major application for the conversion of the former care home to flatted residential development, the erection of new residential development, landscaping and associated works. Location: Former Eastwoodhill Care Home and grounds, 238 Fenwick Road, Giffnock, Glasgow, G46 6UU. Applicant: Westpoint Homes Ltd, John Brawley and Brendan Brawley Event Details: A public exhibition and consultation will take place on Tuesday 24th March 2020 between 2pm and 8pm at The Orchard Park Hotel, 2 Park Road, Giffnock, Glasgow, G46 7LY. If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so at the above event and/or in writing to Iceni Projects at the above address or email (glasgow@iceniprojects.com) by no later than Tuesday 7th April 2020. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to East Renfrewshire Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to East Renfrewshire Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
