Tesco Stores Ltd is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for Tesco, 2 Thornhill Road, Warminster, Wiltshire, BA12 8EE. The application can be viewed by prior appointment. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
