We Tuff Enuff Productions Ltd give notice that we have applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Map 194 Dorchester & Weymouth (Cerne Abbas & Bere Rigis) Grid SY 683 707 the area is the field behind Sweet Hill Road.

The application is to: Sale of Alcohol, and/or any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or late night refreshment. For Breakout 2015 (Outdoor Obstacle race) 28th February 2015.

An interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, Council Offices, North Quary, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA not later
than 11th January 2015.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
