Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 Has Made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the Order:
1. To replace the 'Goods Vehicles Loading Only 4am-8am and 9.30am-12.30pm/No Waiting and No Loading midnight-4am and 8am-9.30am and 12.30pm-midnighf restriction with 'No waiting at any time and No Loading Mon-Sat 8am-9.30am and 12.30pm-2pm and Mon-Sat 4pm-6pm'

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TL990 247 rev 1, TL990 250 rev 1 and TL995 250 rev 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 30 March 2020.

Application to the High Court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
