Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effects of the order: To introduce the following restrictions on B1014 Canvey Road, Canvey Island, in the Borough of Castle Point.

24hr Rural BOTH SIDES: From a point approximately 1.5 metres north west of its Clearway junction with the centre line of Access Road off Ferry Road, south to its

junction with B1014 Canvey Road/A130 Canvey Way Roundabout,

a distance of approximately 652.5 metres No Stopping WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 1.7 metres north of the centre on Verge or line of Access Road off Ferry Road, south to its junction with B1014 Footway Canvey Road/A130 Canvey Way Roundabout.

EASTSIDE:

i. From a point approximately 8.7 metres south of the centre line of Access Road off Ferry Road, south for a distance of approximately 169 metres.



ii. From a point approximately 196.2 metres south of the centre line of Access Road off Ferry Road, south for approximately 131 metres.



iii. From a point in line with the northern kerb line of Winter Gardens Path, north for approximately 110 metres.



iv. From its junction with the B1014 Canvey Road/A130 Canvey Way Roundabout, north for approximately 176.8 metres to the southern kerb line of Winter Gardens Path.



No Stopping except Buses on B1014 Canvey Road, Canvey Island, WEST SIDE (within layby): From a point approximately 88.1 metres north east of its junction with Canvey Way Roundabout, in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 50.1 metres is being included in this scheme. This is purely a paper exercise, no changes being made on the ground.

This order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019 by introducing tile numberTQ780 852 revision 0 and substituting tile numbers TQ775 850, TQ775 852, TQ775 855, TQ780 855 revision 0 to revision 1.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, previously advertised as The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.44) Order 201.

Effect of the order: To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on 1) Matlock Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point: BOTH SIDES: from its junction with Hertford Road, north for approximately 15 metres. 2) Hertford Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point: NORTH SIDE: From its junction with Matlock Road in westerly direction for approximately 12 metres and in an easterly direction for approximately 15 metres. This order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TQ785 830 revision 0 to revision 1.

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 20 March 2020.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chelmsford Road, Rawreth in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Rawreth Lane to its junction with Carpenters Arm Roundabout, a distance of approximately 1220m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27/03/2020 for 1 night, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2291003 - Essex County Council). (Rochefort Drive, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) & (Sutton Court Drive/Warwick Drive/King Henrys Drive and Ravenswood Chase, Rochford) (Temporary Introduction of 20mph Speed Limit) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Rochefort Drive, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Southend Road for a distance of approximately 30m in an easterly direction.



2. To temporarily introduce a 20mph speed limit in that length of Sutton Court Drive, Rochford from its junction with Sutton Road to its junction with Ravenswood Chase.



3. To temporarily introduce a 20mph speed limit in that length of Warwick Drive, Rochford from its junction with Sutton Road to its junction with Sutton Court Drive.



4. To temporarily introduce a 20mph speed limit in that length of King Henrys Drive, from its junction with Southend Road to its junction with Sutton Court Drive.



5. To temporarily introduce a 20mph speed limit in that length of Ravenswood Chase, from its junction with Southend Road to its junction with Sutton Court Drive.



The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 6th April 2020 for 40 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000923309 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

An alternative route is available via Rochefort Drive, Sutton Court Drive, King Henrys Drive, Southend Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 19th March 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hambro Hill, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hambro Hill, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Fairland Close for a distance of approximately 72m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18/03/2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (KL701SSV-33-76-180320 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge examination works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via Down Hall Road, London Road, Station Road, Crown Hill, High Street, Eastwood Road, Websters Way, Hockley Road, Hambro Hill and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 05/03/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Knightswick Road & Furtherwick Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Knightswick Road and Furtherwick Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from the junction with Long Road to the junction with Elder Tree Road, a distance of approximately 465m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/03/2020 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2286700 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while zebra crossing works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Furtherwick Road, Long Road, Maple Way, Link Road, Somnes Avenue Roundabout, Somnes Avenue, Central Wall Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 05/03/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lower Dunton Road, Dunton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Dunton Road, Dunton in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 205m south of its junction with Main Drive for a distance of approximately 115m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/03/2020 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (KL701FSS2-21-28-051219 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge examination works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

An alternative route is available via West Mayne, Southend Arterial Road, Halfway House Roundabout, Tilbury Road, Bulphan Bypass, Brentwood Road, Church Road, Doesgate Lane and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Sutton Road, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Southend Road roundabout for a distance of approximately 50m in an easterly direction.



2. To temporarily close that length of Sutton Court Drive, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Warwick Drive to its junction with King Henrys Drive, a distance of approximately 15m.



3. To temporarily introduce a one way in that length of King Henrys Drive, Rochford in the District of Rochford from its junction with Southend Road to its junction with Sutton Court Drive, traffic to flow in a west to east direction.



4. To temporarily introduce a one way in that length of Sutton Court Drive, Rochford in the District of Rochford from its junction with King Henrys Drive to its junction with Sutton Road, traffic to flow in a south to north direction.



5. To temporarily introduce a one way in that length of Warwick Drive, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Sutton Road to its junction with Sutton Court Drive, traffic to flow in a north to south direction.



6. To temporarily introduce a one way in that length of Sutton Court Drive Rochford, in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Warwick Road to its junction with Ravenswood Chase, traffic to flow in a north to south direction.



7. To temporarily introduce a one way in that length of Ravenswood Chase, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Sutton Court Drive to its junction with Southend Road, traffic to flow in an east to west direction.



8. To temporarily introduce'no right turn' from Rochefort Drive, Leicester Avenue and Queen Elizabeth Chase into Sutton Court Drive, Rochford in the District of Rochford, for the duration of the above closures only.



9. To temporarily introduce'no left turn' from Anne Boleyn Drive and Queensland Avenue into Sutton Court Drive, Rochford in the District of Rochford, for the duration of the above closures only.



10. To temporarily introduce a 'Prohibition of Entry' from Sutton Road into Sutton Court Drive, Rochford in the District of Rochford for the duration of the closures only.



11. To temporarily introduce a'Prohibition of Entry' from Southend Road into Ravenswood Chase, Rochford in the District of Rochford for the duration of the closures only.



12. To temporarily introduce a'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in the left hand lane only (as the traffic flows) in King Henrys Drive (from its junction with Southend Road to its junction with Sutton Court Drive (west to east), Sutton Court Drive (from its junction with King Henrys Drive to its junction with Sutton Road (south to north), Warwick Drive (from its junction with Sutton Road to its junction with Sutton Court Drive (north to south), Sutton Court Drive (from its junction with Warwick Road to its junction with Ravenswood Chase (north to south) and Ravenswood Chase (from its junction with Sutton Court Drive to its junction with Southend Road (east to west).



"The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" shall be temporarily amended to include the temporary restrictions and suspend any parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 06/04/2020 for 92 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000910940- Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while major gas replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

An alternative route for HGV is available via Southend Road, Rochford Road, Harp House Roundabout, Manners Way, Manners Way Service Road East, Cuckoo Corner Roundabout, Priory Crescent, Eastern Avenue, Eastern Avenue And Sutton Road Roundabout, Sutton Road, Sutton Road And Chandlers Way Roundabout and vice versa. An alternative route for lighter vehicles is available via Sutton Road, Warwick Drive, Sutton Court Drive, Ravenswood Chase, Southend Road or Southend Road, King Henrys Drive and Sutton Court Drive.

The Order came into effect on 05/03/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
