The register of licensed premises is maintained at the Licence Office, Epping Forest District Council, Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, Essex. CM16 4BZ. Applications for Premises Licence may be inspected at these Council Offices during office hours giving 24 hours notice. Anyone wishing to oppose this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Office at the address above within 28 days of the date of this notice. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
